Nichole McIntosh FRSA, Hon DUniv (BNU) is a senior nurse with extensive experience in a range of acute healthcare NHS settings and in clinical quality. Originally from Westmoreland in Jamaica. Her consultancy business, Maroon Mindset Unlimited, supports individuals and teams to fight for equality, helping the NHS and other systems to learn, think and behave differently.

A mentor and consultant, Nichole is a honorary visiting professor, fellow of the RSA, blogger, podcaster, motivational speaker and creative who practises the healing arts of poetry. She takes an active role in the RCNi and is regularly published in academic literature. Nichole is the founder and Director of Maroon Mindset Unlimited.
